Emotional and Social Intelligence

This line of research focuses on emotional and social intelligence and their influence on well-being, interpersonal relations, and professional success. We examine a range of skills that foster socio-emotional competence and navigation of social dynamics. Our work aims to validate assessment tools and design targeted interventions that strengthen these competencies, fostering more effective interpersonal communication.
